The geographic position of our hotel allows our guests to easily reach the beautiful sights of our countryside which preserve the tradition and the history of illustrious cultures nestled in the hilly scenery.

Ravenna, town of art and mosaic, the capital of the West Roman Empire, the town of Theodoric, King of the Ostrogoths and of the Byzantine Empire in Europe. Ravenna boasts eight buildings inscribed in the UNESCO World Heritage.

Faenza, the crossroad between the Po Valley and the Tuscan culture, famous all over the world as the main centre for producing the pottery known with the French name of “Faïence”.

Cesena, renowned for its Malatestiana Library; the outstanding villages nestled in the hills such as Longiano, Santarcangelo, Bertinoro, which tourists can reach following the “Strada dei vini e dei sapori” (the road of wines and tastes), a gastronomy trail matching cuisine and culture.

Moreover, tourists can visit the enchanting castles set in the countryside such as Gradara, the castle of Azzurrina in Montebello, San Leo, Brisighella, Onferno and Frasassi caves.

WHAT TO DO IN CERVIA…
Cervia, once called Ficocle, was founded in Etrurian times around the salt mines, which nowadays are a precious natural oasis. After being the capital of salt for centuries, Cervia has finally become the capital of tourism, a place where nature and sea match perfectly and happily in a healthy environment of incredible beauty. The town is an international tourism centre which provides plenty of accommodation possibilities.

CULTURE AND TRADITIONS
Cervia quaint town centre is home to a sixteenth century square, San Michele Tower, the salt warehouses and the port-channel. The theater and the quaint sailor village are also worth a visit. Some particularly interesting museums are set in Cervia, such as “MUSA”, the museum about salt displaying works in the salt mine, documents and utensils connected with the oldest activity in Cervia; “Civiltà Agricola Bracciantile” (agricultural labour civilization) where old utensils of the past agricultural activity are on display ; “La casa delle farfalle” (The butterflies house) which allows visitors to get in touch with the wonderful fascinating world of nature, recreating the natural habitats of insects and butterflies; “Cerviavventura”, an innovative way of experiencing nature following 5 new paths which will allow you to fly among trees; the “Nature Park”, which covers 23 ha of pinewood and allows visitors to get in touch with cows, horses, donkeys, goats, mouflons, deer, fallow deer, rabbits, peacocks and other poultry which usually live in farms. Along the ancient pinewood praised by Dante and Byron garden-towns flourished deep in the nature and surrounded by flowers. Milano Marittima is famous for its elegant shops selling designer goods and for its hot hangouts; Pinarella and Tagliata are known to be the ideal welcoming holiday resorts for families, whose main peculiarity is a long beach described as a “natural pearl” of the Riviera both by the Blue Guide and the Touring club.

HEALTH AND RELAXATION
Cervia spa, open from May to December, offers a wide range of aesthetic and therapeutic treatments of the highest quality. This complex is famous for treating rheumatic and arthritic conditions, gynecologist conditions and respiratory system conditions through sodium chloride, bromide and iodide muds and Mother Waters of the salt mine.

The complex is equipped with a pool with a high salt rate, gym and premises dedicated to muds and Jacuzzi.
The highly prepared staff perform treatments for physical well-being, from anti-stress massages to salt peeling and shiatsu and ayurvedic massages; in addition, personalized wellness paths are available on request.

SPORT AND LEISURE ACTIVITIES
As a sport centre of unique importance in Italy, Cervia is equipped with cyclable paths and circuits set in the green of pinewood. There are also several tennis courts, a 27-hole golf course and one of the best riding centres in Europe; among the sports tourists can try are go-karting, water ski, sailing, wind surfing, sea fishing, canoeing, archery, beach volley, basketball, football. In addition, the marina is designed to cater up to 350 pleasure boats. Every year Cervia tennis club organizes important sporting events such as the “Coppa Devis” and the “Vip Master”; every year, Stadio dei Pini Germano Todoli is home to significant football events; the Beach stadium offers a very rich events calendar throughout summer.

Mirabilandia is just 15 km away and can be reached by a free shuttle bus; water park Atlantica is 5 km away, Italia in Miniatura, Fiabilandia, Aquafan, Oltremare.
